i got shot, again.

It's still insane how many times I see myself on blogs, magazines and more.. most of them are shot during Paris Fashionweek this fall, and at times, you even find some really really cool ones, like this one from Style and the City. Which is, by the way, one hell of a cool website! Cool shots.

See here myself in all shiny items, which can be quite casual for me, haha.. and ofcourse my dear friend Majid. I really can't wait to be back in Paris for fashionweek, it was a blast! x

Agnona is one of those brands, who have amazing items but don't know how to style them very highfashion. Then again, this might work for the people who buy it, but I can see this on so many people, having this Paule Ka feeling, like how Paule Ka was back in the days!

Anyway, the ads look really cool, and I abs. love the white on white and simple details. Can't wait to see where this brand will go to in the near future.. I have this very cool feeling.. I wanna use some items for styling, let me contact them, haha.

a little vstory.

In the previous V Magazine, is a little story I simply had to share, eventhough this issue isn't even in stores anymore! Well, here it goes.. Shot by Sebastian Faena and styled by Sofia Achaval, the two creatives and their team give you a glimpse of how a blonde superlady goes on a little trip, falls in love, gets heartbroken and kills the bastard! Drama, drama, attitude!

Lastweek I recieved a few messages that I was in STREET Magazine or some.. this magazine from Fruits, the books, correct me if I'm wrong.. haha. We got snapped during fashionweek in Paris last Octobre.

It's fun to see, since I do remember this shot.. we just arrived at this exhibition while running from show to pr agency to shop to show, etc. Love the photo, but still it's weird to see yourself like this! It's not the first time and hopefully not the last, but still..

Most insane things prob. is, while watching some Carine Roitfeld vids on youtube and then seeing yourself in them vids getting photographed by people during Paris Fashionweek.. what an insane week, but I can't wait for the new fashionweeks to arrive!

new ads spring/summer 2008.

Theres a new fashion season just around the corner.. Spring/Summer 2008.
New clothing, new looks and new ads! However, I so dislike most of the choices.. everything is too simple, too save and.. nah. I really can't wait for the fall/winter 2007-2008 shows, I'm sure spring/summer 2008 is a start of something amazing which is coming by the end of the year. Just a few more months haha.. us damn fashionstylists and junkies, haha, wanting a season before the other one has arrived..

In love with the baggg, the baggg, and then the red feeling from the spread, really nice. Save models, save photography duo.. but it works. Valentino, pretty hot this next season!




Gianfranco Ferrè S/S 08: Freja Beha Erichsen by David Sims
Abs. stunnin'. I'm deeeeply in love with the collection, the model choice seems to work and David is always nice.. I can see big thing happening for this brand upcoming season, finally! I should get my items by GFF out of my closet, yeah! x





Marc by Marc Jacobs S/S 2008: M.I.A by Juergen Teller
This is soooo not working for me, unfortunately, since the clothing looks really cool, but nah. I've seeen way more pretty shots by Juergen and Miss M.I.A. aswell.. I'm not even posting that hamburger shot they did aswell for Spring/Summer 08. And for some reason.. I'm so not surprised this taste for this collection..





YSL S/S 08: Kate Moss by Inez & Vinoodh
Toooo save, tooo simple, Kate, whohooo.. nobody is going wild. While she works so fierce, you could even wrap her leg around her head if you want too.. nah.. loving the collection, great choice of outfits, but nah.




Gucci S/S 08: Natasha Poly by Inez & Vinoodh.
Bad choice, the collection is so mucho more sophisticated.. and again Inez & Vinoodh, helloo.. boring?

Lastnight, Fucking Pop Queers at Studio80 here in Amsterdam, the Jungle Edition. I even had an armygreen jacket thing, blazer thing on.. and for some reason it was really crowded aswell! This sentence makes no sence.. but oh whatever, haha.

Then, aswell.. Maarten is going to leave us for almost a month, travellin' all the way to the US to meet his lover, bf, something, I'm so jalouse, haha. Anyways, bye bye Maarten, don't come back, you won't miss a thing, haha.. and, wtf didn't I snapped you last night! Bah.

And again, surely I did snapped a lot of other people, check em out, it's always fun making people pose against the wall! I should bring a little studio80 book out.. Joost, Rob, Dig, more.. ya'll wanna collaborate in doing something like this?
